<strong>To reply to the Google Maps review please do the following steps:</strong>
<ol><li>Login to https://serm.bloomex.info using marketing credentials.</li><li>Use the link to reviews, filter on the right with opportunities to select reviews without answers, reviews with different marks or selected projects. You can search reviews by name or review text, and use a date picker to range reviews in the required period.</li><li>Open the modal window by clicking on Show more link, you will see review text and text area field to the answer.</li><li>Press submit button to reply.</li><li>You will see you reply in reviews table without date, after synchronization with Google date will be added in brackets.</li></ol>
