Responsibilities Head of QA department:
• organization and planning of work of testing and quality control;
• implementation of processes and methods of work of the department;
• providing release tickets and release testing;
• preparing necessary documentation;
• alignment of strategies and test scenarios;
• monitoring the status and control of the execution of tasks assigned to employees of the department;
• introduction to the course of business and training of new employees of the department, carrying out methodological and consulting work;
• selection and implementation of tools for organizing and automating testing processes;
• automation and testing.
Responsibilities of QA Analyst:
• system testing using appropriate test types;
• creation and maintaining test documentation with ongoing development such as defect reports, checklists, test plans, test cases, etc;
• identifying necessary test data and configuration to support test conditions and test cases;
• requirements clarification, definition and analysis of business requirements with stakeholders and team;
• defining the QA processes and strategies;
• working with development team, resolving technical issues and preparing technical documentation;
• performing tasks from test manager.
