The "SMS Template Manager" component is designed for managing and configuring templates for sending SMS messages.

It provides a user interface that allows administrators to create, edit, and manage various text message templates that can be used in the system for sending SMS notifications.

Template for Abandonment Sms:

Associated with the event "Abandonment". Designed for sending messages to potential buyers who have abandoned their shopping carts.

Template for Resending Shipping Information (Resend Shipping Template):

Associated with the event "Send Shipping Form" (resending shipping information). Designed for sending messages to customers requesting them to resend their shipping information.

Birthday Reminder & Coupon Template (Birthday reminder & coupon):

Associated with the event "Coupon" (coupon). Designed for sending messages to customers on their birthdays with a special coupon offer.

These templates are pre-configured messages that can be sent to customers based on specific events or order statuses. They facilitate the process of managing communications with customers using SMS notifications.

This configuration represents a birthday marketing campaign for the customer.

When the customer's birthday arrives, they receive an SMS notification with an offer to use a special coupon.

The coupon allows them to save 20% on their next purchase at Bloomex.ca.

The customer is also provided with a phone number for feedback and coupon activation.

This strategy can help draw attention to your brand and encourage repeat purchases in celebration of their birthday.
