User ID : This is a unique identifier for a user.

Can Receive From These Boxes: This field is a list of email boxes from which the user can receive emails. It may also include checkboxes to enable or disable email reception from specific boxes, depending on whether a checkbox is checked.

Filter : This is a tool or feature designed to make it easier to search for users within the system. You can also use the filter to find users who belong to a specific group.
