What To Report

  • Loss or Damage: Report any loss of, or severe damage to, hardware or software immediately to the IT Department.
  • Suspected Compromises: Report any suspected compromises to Bloomex information and systems.
  • Security Vulnerabilities: Report all known information security vulnerabilities.
  • Disclosure of Sensitive Information: Report instances of suspected disclosure of Sensitive or Confidential information to the IT Department for investigation.

How To Report

  • Regular way: Use the IT Help Desk for reporting information security problems.
  • Electronic Reporting: Do not send reports by electronic mail unless they are encrypted.
  • Paper Form: Use the paper form available at the following link for reporting incidents: Incident Reporting Form
  • Documentation: All reports will be documented and investigated. Findings will be submitted to the area Vice President for consideration.
