Development Workflow - Instructions to the Author

1. Creating

- Author

The author creates a Ticket and writes a Task and Description.

After this action Author should set Assigned to IT Department.

2. Analyze

- Project Manager - no actions for Autor

3. Development

- Developer - no actions for Autor

- Quality Assurance - no actions for Autor

- System Administrator - no actions for Autor

4. Test Stage

- Quality Assurance - no actions for Autor

- Author

The author tests the Task on Stage and he can Confirm or Return the assigned to Quality Assurance with comments if found any errors.

After this action Author should set Assigned to Quality Assurance.

5. Release

- Quality Assurance - no actions for Autor

- Author

The author tests the Task on Live and he can Confirm or Return the assigned to Quality Assurance with comments if found any errors.

After this action Author should set Assigned to Quality Assurance.
