Preauthorization for Public Statements

At Bloomex, any employee who intends to deliver or disclose official company information to the public must first obtain preauthorization from the Public Relations department. Only individuals who have been designated as official spokespersons are authorized to speak on behalf of Bloomex. All media inquiries must be directed to Public Relations unless the employee is an authorized spokesperson.

Bloomex Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Whenever communications with third parties require the release of sensitive Bloomex information, a standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA) must be signed by the third party. The information shared must be strictly limited to the topics directly related to the specific project or business relationship. Furthermore, any disclosure of sensitive information must be approved in advance by the relevant information owner within Bloomex.

Third-Party Non-Disclosure Agreements

In some cases, third parties may require that Bloomex employees sign their non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) before discussions can begin. Any third-party NDA received by a Bloomex employee must be forwarded to the Bloomex Legal Department for review and approval before it can be signed.

These guidelines are in place to ensure that sensitive information is handled with care and that all disclosures to third parties are properly authorized and controlled.
